By creating an account at ugcautopilot.io you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed at least 7 days before they take effect.
2. The service
UGC Autopilot is a SaaS that generates UGC-style hooks, scripts, visuals and short videos via AI, schedules and dispatches them to creators / leads via your connected accounts, and provides analytics. Features depend on your plan.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Sharing accounts violates these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the service to:
Send spam, harass, or violate CAN-SPAM / GDPR / any local anti-spam law.
Scrape personal data outside our built-in Hunter.io / Tavily integration limits.
Generate sexual, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content.
Resell access to the service or its API output without written permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Repeated spam complaints will result in permanent bans.
5. Plans, billing, refunds
Plans are billed monthly or as one-time purchases via Stripe in USD or your local currency. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, except for credit packs that have been used. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
6. Credits
Most AI operations consume credits from your plan or purchased credit packs. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months after issue. We may reset misused or fraudulently obtained credits.
7. Your content, our IP
You own the hooks, scripts, videos and outreach copy produced for your account. We retain ownership of the underlying software, brand, and aggregated anonymous analytics. You grant us a limited licence to display public content you publish to our public showcase pages (revocable by you).
8. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing every message before it is sent to a real contact. We do not warrant that AI outputs are fit for any particular purpose. Sora 2 / Claude / GPT outputs are subject to those vendors' own usage policies.
9. Third-party services
The service integrates with Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Tavily, Hunter.io, Buffer, X, Reddit and others. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or policy changes from these providers, but will work with you in good faith to mitigate impact.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing support@ugcautopilot.io. We can terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or in our sole discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data is purged per the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England, unless local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring them elsewhere.
